We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty on all of our eyeglasses, sunglasses, and prescription lenses. Our warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty program.

Warranty Coverage
Our warranty program covers defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This includes any issues with the frames, lenses, coatings, and other components of the eyewear.
Frame defect include: Splitting of welded parts
Lens defect include: Coat peeling
If a defect is found within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to the customer.

Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty program does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence. We also do not cover damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture, or any modifications or repairs made by an unauthorised third party.

Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, customers must contact us by email or Whatsapp and provide proof of purchase. Once we receive the claim, we will need to assess the defect and determine whether the item is eligible for repair or replacement under the terms of our warranty program. If eligible, we will provide the customer with instructions on how to send the item to us for repair or replacement.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the defective item. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
